Always RESTART your computer after you install something.

Please follow the steps at around minute 7 of the video (until the end), he uses Command Prompt, and then after that he uses Python/Pycharm.

If you forget the password, you can find steps to reset your password on YouTube,
or install this: UNINSTALLER, Uninstall MySQL using that software, restart your computer. Then reinstall MySQL.
Please follow all of the steps of this video.
He uses Python, so you can use Pycharm.
